You may bring in birthday cake and candles, individual ice cream cups, and drinks. We do sell ice cream and drinks, but you may bring your own. You do have to order your main food through us and we offer pizza and Chick-fil-A. We will call you a couple of days before your party to see if you want to order food.

Party Rules:
- A waiver form must be signed for each participant entering the gymnasium area. CLICK HERE to display a waiver form for printing.
- Anyone using the equipment must wear socks!
- No food or beverages are allowed in the gymnasium areas.
- You may bring your own cake, ice cream, and soft drinks to Jump On In, but no food or beverages are allowed in the gymnasium areas. No other outside food is allowed. Please see our delicious selections here.
- If you'd like pizza or other food with your party, please call us with your order. Since we have an exclusive arrangement with local resturants, we do not allow you to bring your own pizza or other food to Jump On In. This allows us to perfectly time the delivery of your food so it's fresh and hot for you! (You will be charged a $50 fee if you bring outside food.)
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Deposit payments are required for all parties and are fully refundable if you cancel your party 21 days or more before your party date. Cancellations or reschedulings made less than 21 days before your party will result in a loss of your deposit as it will be very difficult for us to re-book your spot on our calendar if you cancel or reschedule at the last minute!
